Terms & Conditions – Push Media Group

Effective Date: 15/04/26

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Push Media Group (“we”, “us”, “our”) to clients (“you”, “your”). By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

Push Media Group provides professional photography and videography services, including but not limited to:

  • Commercial and corporate productions

  • Fashion and lifestyle campaigns

  • Food & drink content creation

  • Real estate photography and videography

All services will be agreed in writing prior to the project commencement, including scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees.

2. Booking & Payment

2.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once:

  • A written agreement is in place, and

  • A non-refundable deposit (typically 25–50%) has been received

2.2 Payment Terms

  • Final balance is due prior to delivery of final content unless otherwise agreed

  • Late payments may incur interest in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998

  • We reserve the right to withhold delivery of final assets until full payment is received

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

3.1 Client Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the shoot may be charged up to 100% of the agreed fee

3.2 Rescheduling

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability.

3.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g. weather, illness, travel disruption, acts of God).

4. Creative Control

Push Media Group retains full creative control over:

  • Shooting style and techniques

  • Editing, colour grading, and final look

We will work in line with agreed briefs, but final artistic decisions remain at our discretion.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery timelines will be agreed in advance

  • Final deliverables will be provided digitally unless otherwise specified

  • Expedited delivery may incur additional fees

6. Revisions

  • One round of minor revisions is typically included (unless otherwise stated)

  • Additional revisions or major changes may incur extra charges

7. Usage & Licensing

7.1 Ownership

Push Media Group retains full copyright ownership of all content created, in accordance with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

7.2 Licence to Client

Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for agreed purposes.

7.3 Restrictions

  • Content must not be resold, re-edited, or altered without permission

  • Use outside agreed scope (e.g. national advertising vs social media) may require additional licensing fees

8. Portfolio & Promotion

We reserve the right to use all produced content for:

  • Portfolio (website, social media)

  • Marketing and promotional purposes

If confidentiality is required, this must be agreed in writing prior to the project.

9. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide clear briefs and timely feedback

  • Secure all necessary permissions (locations, permits, talent releases where applicable unless agreed otherwise)

  • Ensure a safe working environment

10. Liability

  • We take all reasonable care in delivering our services

  • In the unlikely event of equipment failure, loss, or unforeseen issues, liability is limited to a reshoot where possible or refund of fees paid

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. loss of business, revenue, or opportunity)

11. Data Protection

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations.

12. Travel & Expenses

  • Travel within 30mile may be included

  • Additional travel, accommodation, or expenses will be agreed and charged separately

13. Intellectual Property & Third Parties

  • Any third-party assets (e.g. music, stock footage) will be licensed appropriately

  • Usage rights may be subject to third-party licensing restrictions

14. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate a project if:

  • Terms are breached

  • Payment is not made

  • The working environment becomes unsafe or inappropriate

Any work completed up to termination must be paid for.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
